Phoenix did a great job with our project! We had our old front patio demolished (it was sinking and pulling away from the house), we had a new slate and stone patio built with a portico. Clint came out to discuss our design options and gave us multiple options to consider based on our budget. We had a few other contractors out as well, by Clint's beautiful design just stuck with us and no one else's was even coming close. Phoenix's billing structure is something that I like a lot. You pay in portions after certain milestones of the project are completed. Which is great because it just adds another layer of accountability and reassurance. Our on-site project manager for the duration of the construction was Brian, and he was fantastic! Any time we had an issue or a question it would be answered/handled. Brian kept us up to date on any schedule changes and was easy to work with when issues came up. We are SO happy with the finished project. All the way from design to project completion- we had a great experience with Phoenix!
