We just completed a new deck plus covered porch project with Phoenix. It looks great! At the start, we got some wonderful computer generated graphics of the finished product. That helped a lot. The teams they had onsite were great. Friendly. Professional. We had an issue with Fairfax County, but Phoenix kept at it until this was resolved. It involved a minor adjustment on the build of our steps and Brian was most helpful with that.
We got frequent emails throughout letting us know what was scheduled at any given time. Communications with the company were good. I plan on having them do a bathroom next!
