We worked with Clint Asmar and Phoenix Home Services to remove the current stone stoop, and install a large and beautiful porch. Clint and his crew (led by Ethan), did an awesome job in only 9 days of work. After meeting with Clint, he created a 3D design and provided us several printouts of the proposed porch. Once we agreed and picked out our materials, Clint handled everything else, including getting county permits, working with the Utility companies to ensure no pipes were in the work site, making sure the crew was working per spec, arranging the need electrical work, and managing the inspections. It was a relief to not have to worry about any of the 'pieces' that goes into a construction project, as we were in good hands. :) We have other projects in mind, and plan on working again with Clint & Phoenix.
