Project - Driveway install - VDOT Permit Process

Phoenix Home Services is outstanding!!  Clint, Steve, and Brian were fantastic to work with!  The driveway looks fantastic and it is such an improvement to the home.  There were several times I thought the project would fall through, not due to Phoenix, but due to VDOT.  Since we were connecting the new driveway to the street that runs in front of our home (replacing the asphalt with new concrete), we were required to get VDOT approval.  The Phoenix team started the permit process September 2017...... VDOT finally approved in March 2018!!  My hat is off to Phoenix for their perseverance throughout the permit process; when I wanted to give up, they kept encouraging me to hang in there!  Out of two companies that tried to deal with VDOT and gave up, Phoenix stuck with it and came through for us!!
