Phoenix built an egress window and did improvements on two well windows for us about two years ago. Clint gave us an estimate and discussed details with us. Steve managed the project and looked into making custom covers and followed up all details. Jose did amazing stone work to finish the project. We came across an issue with digging close to a gas line but it was dealt with by us, Phoenix and the plumbing company which was frustrating cost wise but it was all ok at the end.
Phoenix delivered a "high end" egress with no corners cut to quality and we're very happy with it. 
They are currently working on some repointing on our patio and Brian is managing the project.
