We are so happy with our new 32 ft x16 ft screened-in-porch and deck! Phoenix operated as one unified team to deliver top-notch customer service throughout the process. We talked to four different contractors about the project and selected Phoenix based on Clint's responsiveness, willingness to educate us while answering our (many!) questions, and the CAD drawings that helped us visualize what the project would look like. The different crews (demo of the old deck, digging, and building) were all very professional, courteous, and quick. Especially Ethan and Holman, who were meticulous in building it and wrapping it in maintenance-free Azek. Steve made sure all our "punchlist" items were promptly addressed to our satisfaction before we paid our final bill. The result is amazing!! We love sitting out in the screened-in-porch and listening to the birds and, when it rains, we can still enjoy reading or eating in the fresh air while staying dry.
