My house which was built in 1935 had a leaking area in the rec room on the floor under the windows.  It was determined that we could have the drainage system installed in the front yard to take the rain away from the area where the water collected in the window well.  That has all worked nicely but there was still water coming in and the crew leader Jose worked very hard sealing the area in the rec room.  It took 2 tries and I'm pleased to say I'm putting back the dry wall and will not worry anymore.  Thanks to Steve and his crew.
