We contracted Phoenix to design and install an attached screened-in porch and side deck. It is magnificent. We primarily chose them because of the level of detail in the proposed statement of work and other pre-contract artifacts. One of the things that really sold us was that they provided 3D design / renderings up front with no commitment. We thought that this was really helpful for us to understand what we were potentially buying and the sort of design options available to ensure that is what we wanted. Construction was able to start earlier than was originally hoped for / planned, so that was a good for us. They generally had 2 carpenters on site at a time, and a few times were there on Saturday when it had rained one day during the week. The finished product is gorgeous and very much what we expected and we are so far very happy for choosing Phoenix.
