Phoenix designed & built a covered back porch and hot tub patio for us around the end of 2017.  The project started with a meeting to discuss our vision after which Phoenix created detailed 3D drawings so we could see what the final design would look like.  After agreeing on the design, materials, and price, Phoenix got right to work. There were some construction delays because of bad weather, but Phoenix was good at communicating and showing up on time and as scheduled.  We got the sense that they really wanted us to be happy with the final result and were understanding and accommodating to small changes along the way.

We are very happy with the end result.
