Phoenix Home Services is dedicated to bringing the best 'turn-key' general contracting service that Northern VA has to offer! From the first shovelful of dirt to the final walk through, our Project Managers are ready to bring your ideas to life!

Each of our projects are handled by one of our personable and knowledgeable installation managers. This one individual is the primary point of contact throughout the entire installation, so any questions and concerns can be directed towards him/her. 

Every step is orchestrated by the Project Manager including all material deliveries, trash receptacle delivery/takeaway, walk-throughs, and cleanup. The clients are notified of the time and date of each step of the process so nothing is unexpected. 

Occasionally, there might be a request for additional items. A client might want a bigger electrical package, add additional square footage to stone veneering or similar. Our PMs are there to help advise you, add the appropriate addendums to the contract, order the materials, and seamlessly integrate those items during the installation process.
